We want you to be completely satisfied with your Rainbow Cleaning System; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and components.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your System
Securely pack the Rainbow unit and all attachments in the original box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
